Cornell Glen

Cornell Glen (born October 21, 1980 in Port of Spain, Trinidad) is a Trinidad and Tobagan soccer player, who currently plays striker for F.C. Dallas of Major League Soccer.

Glen began his professional career in 1999 with Trinidad club Futgof . After two years with Futgof, Glen moved to Portugal, where he played for Adsanjonense . After playing slightly over a season there, he returned to Trinidad and Tobago, where he joined San Juan Jabloteh. Glen dominated the league with Jabloteh, leading the club to two consecutive league championships in 2002 and 2003, while registering 11 and 26 goals in the respective seasons.

After scoring a hat trick in the CONCACAF Champions Cup March 17, 2004 against the Chicago Fire, Glen was bought by the MetroStars. In his first season Glen made a significant impact, despite playing having to compete for playing time on a very crowded MetroStars front line, registering six goals and two assists in 966 minutes. He was traded to Dallas after the year for a first round pick in the 2005 MLS SuperDraft.

Glen is an emerging force for the Trinidad and Tobago national team.
