Category:Dravidian people

The term "Dravidian" as opposite to "Aryan" was first introduced by Max Muller to mean the "original Indian" people. This theory is based on the materialistic interpretations of some ancient Hindu texts.

Other interpretations claim that the division Dravidian/Aryan reflects the division between the dark, antidivine powers and the light, divine powers.

Some believe that the Dravidian people are an ancient people and a stateless nation. They are the people of South India.
