Born Into Trouble As the Sparks Fly Upward is an album released by The Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra and Tra-la-la Band, a post rock band, on Constellation Records in 2001.

The album finds the band expanding from three members to six, with a similarly expanded name.
