Bonehead is a term used to describe someone with a fixed sense of purpose to the point of being foolish. It can also refer to a stupid person or a skinhead. It is a derisive term for a neo-Nazi skinhead who provokes fights. In the UK, it is also used as another type of skinhead with no political meaning.
