Billy Crudup (b. July 8, 1968 in Manhasset , New York) is an American actor. He has been in movies such as Sleepers (1996), Almost Famous (2000), directed by Cameron Crowe, and Big Fish (2003). He also voice-acted in the English translation of the anime Princess Mononoke.

Currently dating Claire Danes, with whom he co-stared Stage Beauty (2004).
