Bilhorod-Dnistrovs'kyi (Ukrainian: Білгород-Дністровський; Romanian: Cetatea Albă; Turkish: Akkerman) is a city in southern Ukraine. Population 48,100 (2004).

Administratively, it is a center of Bilhorod-Dnistrovs'kyi raion (district) within the Odes'ka oblast'. Historically - a part of Bessarabia.

It is an ancient city with a rich history.
