The Assembly of Independent Democrats is one of the electoral coalitions that participated in the January 30, 2005 National Assembly legislative election in Iraq. They were led by Adnan Pachachi, who was on the Iraqi Governing Council until January 2004.

In the 2005 election, the party received 23,302 votes, or 0.27% of the ballot, earning them no seats in the National Assembly.
