Argentine cuisine is food in Argentina and is heavily influenced by European cuisine and in particular Italian cuisine and Spanish cuisine Typical meals include various pasta dishes (fideos, ñoquis, ravioles), mashed potatoes (puré de papas), and a number of meat dishes (carne asada, chorizo, morcilla, chinchulines, mollejas, milanesa, lomo, vacío, empanadas).

The national beverages of Argentina are a tea-like drink called yerba mate, mate cocido and wine.
