Andrew MacKay

The Right Honourable Andrew James MacKay (born August 27, 1949) is a British politician, and Member of Parliament for Bracknell for the Tories.

He was deputy Chief Whip under John Major, and was made shadow Secretary of State for Northern Ireland by William Hague. He was sacked by Iain Duncan Smith.

His wife Julie Kirkbride is also a Conservative MP, for the constituency of Bromsgrove.
